About The Event
Join like-minded high school students from around Scottsdale in a day designed to further your global awareness, share information about future cultural exchanges, and have time to work with your school's International Club to plan for local and international fun events.
This year's program is designed to promote global awareness and create Citizen Diplomats. Network with other students interested in cultural exchanges and involved with their international club. Time is set aside to learn about creating exciting meetings which will not only be fun for you, but help recruit and retain your members.
This year, the keynote will be Kennedy Kibet, Chairman of the Uasin Gishu Arts Council and Coordinator of the sister city program there in Kenya. We also have an exciting African Drumming Activity planned.
It will be held at SCC's Indigeneous Cultural Center (ICC) near the East Entrance, Parking Lot G, Room 221.
