Sister Cities International (SCI) held a conference in Africa in February 2023. George and Donna Hartz attended and will present on SCI's plans for Africa and our own 2 African sister cities, Marrakech, Morocco and Uasin Gishu, Kenya.

Africa in February will talk about Sister Cities International’s efforts to strengthen and broaden relationships in Africa. They will also talk about Scottsdale’s two African Sister Cities (Marrakech Morocco and Uasin Gishu Kenya).
