Hear an expert visiting from Alamos, Mexico, Dr. Juan Carlos Holguin Balderrama, who will speak on “The impact that Alamos had on the Southwestern United States.” Alamos was the first capital of early state of Sonora, rich with silver mines. The haciendas and Spanish Colonial architecture have been preserved, making this a UNESCO World Heritage site. Come learn more!!
