Teens are invited to submit art and/or writing based on SCI's 2024 theme: "CLIMATESCAPE: Resilient Cities for Tomorrow's Climate", Feb. 26-March 6 for the upcoming Young Artists & Authors Showcase.

YAAS 2024 THEME: CLIMATESCAPE: Resilient Cities for Tomorrow's Climate

Scottsdale Sister Cities Association will host the local competition and show at the Scottsdale Civic Center Library April 2-29, 2024. Award winning art & written works will go on display. Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st - 5th place. 1st & 2nd Place Winners will be advanced to the International Competition (digitally). Students may enter through participating teachers or individually through SSCA. Deadline for entries: March 20, 2024. Artwork does not need to be matted or framed. Written work may be entered by email. Attached is the YAAS Entry Form & Guide with more information.
