Young Artists and Authors Showcase April 22 at 2 PM at Civic Center Library

YAAS 2023 THEME:  Food Security in My Community

We are pleased to announce the Award Winners for the Scottsdale Sister Cities' 35th Annual Young Artist & Author Showcase (YAAS). Congratulations to all award winners and to each and every participant! Awards and Certificates will be presented at the Award Ceremony & Reception on Saturday, April 22nd, from 2:00-3:00 pm.

All are welcome to attend the Award Ceremony and Reception; Light refreshments will be served. The Showcase will be on exhibit April 1st - April 30th, 2023, at the Scottsdale Public Library - Civic Center Branch.

The thoughtful expressions of the theme "Food Security in My Community" adds voice and impact to Sister Cities' aim to promote peace through mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation - one individual, one community at a time. We look forward to seeing you at the Award Ceremony in support of our teen artists from around the world!

This exhibition is a collaboration between Scottsdale Sister Cities Association, Scottsdale Public Library, Scottsdale Artists’ School, and Scottsdale Arts Learning & Innovation.
