Dr. Freda Hartman elected to Board of Sister Cities International

Scottsdale Sister Cities Association is proud to announce that one of our SSCA Board members has been elected to the Sister Cities International (SCI) Board of Directors. Dr. Freda Hartman joined the SCI Board at the SCI Annual Conference held in Fort Worth, Texas in July. She will serve a three-year term 2025- 2028.
Freda joined the Scottsdale Sister Cities Board last year while completing her term as Chair of the City of Scottsdale Library Board. She has a long history of community involvement. She is MBA faculty at Norwich University teaching Marketing, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior/Leadership and Resource Management. She is dedicated to the mission of sister cities and wants to contribute to organizations that make Scottsdale a wonderful place to live and work. Through her leadership role at SSCA and now SCI, she is open to discussions on ways to enrich our city and continue to connect Scottsdale and the USA to our global community.
