Sister Cities Names Student Golfers as Youth Ambassadors to Killarney, Ireland
Kudos to organizers of a student artwork exchange between Scottsdale and Kingston, Ontario that celebrates our 25th-year relationship.
This joint venture was headed up by Sandra Zally, SSCA Board Member who is Coordinator of the SSCA Young Artist and Authors Competition, with Kingston’s Sister Cities Coordinator Sandy Berg and Karen Peperkorn, the Program Coordinator/Founder of Kingston’s Creative Arts Program. The artwork was created by high school students in each city which will be on exhibit in both communities. Artwork from Kingston is currently displayed through June at the Mustang Library. Scottsdale students’ artwork will be on display at the Tett Centre in Kingston beginning in June. The exhibit will still be on display in conjunction with the SSCA membership trip to Kingston June 27 to July 2.
